About work
The consulting practice behind this site is Back Road Creative. Engagements are scoped and run there, so that is the place to start a conversation about a build. What /services/ describes is the work; this is how it begins.
Useful in a first message: what the system has to do, what it has to talk to, and what “done” would have to look like. A rough problem statement is enough — sharpening it is the first part of the job, not a prerequisite for asking.
There is no published email address for this site yet. Rather than print one that does not route anywhere, the channels below are what reach a person today.
The other channels
X — open messages and replies. The shortest path for a question, a correction, or a first hello.
GitHub — issues and discussions on any repository in the organisation. The right home for a bug report, a feature request, or a question about how one of the tools behaves. It is a public forum by design, so keep anything confidential out of it.
Security reports — please do not open a public issue. Report privately through GitHub Security Advisories, which is also the address published in this site’s machine-readable security.txt.
What to expect
This is a small practice, not a support desk, and none of these channels carry a response-time guarantee. Messages that describe a concrete problem get answered first, because they are the ones that can actually be answered.
