Headless Mode is a one-person software studio run by JP in Franklin, North Carolina. I build focused tools and larger systems for AI development, media, project delivery, grants, and public data — free tools alongside full products.

The work tends toward repeatable checks, derived values, and clearly stated limits — reducing the number of important steps that depend only on someone remembering to do them.
